*By registering for an Ayurvedic session, I hereby waive any present and/or future claims of liability against the Ayurvedic Living School and/or any of it's contractors or employees or students. I understand that none of the school’s health practitioners are licensed physicians and that Ayurvedic services are not licensed by the state of California. I take full responsibility for the choices that I make, including the use of any medications prescribed by my primary care physician or any of the Ayurvedic Living School’s practitioners or associates. I understand that I am required to give a minimum of 24-hours (twenty-four hours) advance cancellation notice for all appointments or I will lose that appointment's consultation fee.
